I know those 4 at the top are going to break through soo they've been so close in the past. The more experienced they become they will win those close ones.

There were many who broke through last year but Kim, Villegas, and Immelman really proved they can play.

Obviously, the two time major winner last year, fedex cup champion, and sergio who came in second in many tourneys and moved to 2nd in the OWGR.

Camilo Villegas Rising Star

Villegas Rising Star

player photo Villegas finished in the top 3, 3 0f his last 5 tournaments, all were in 2008.

The first time we saw this kid on tour we new he had talent and power, but did he have to potential to become a superstar.

Now we know... he does.

Camilo Villegas finished the season in style last year winning the last two Fedex Cup Tournaments and finshing in Second in the Fedexcup race. But, his first two tournaments looked different, he finished in a Tie for twelve in a field of 33 in the Mercedes Benz Championship and missed the cut at the FBR Open... so does that mean that those two tournaments he won was just him on a hot streak?

Camilo Villegas is going to be a superstar on the PGA Tour.

How can i prove it?

Look at his scorecard from day one at the Buick Invitational.

Look at his determination and confidence everytime he hits a golfball. People this kid is the real deal.

Villegas shot 9 under on day one at the Buick Invitational. He had 8 birdies an eagle an a lone bogey. He ked by 3 after day one. He only hit 23 putts on Thursday, he also hit 78% of his Greens in Regulation. On day two he shot a good two under on the more difficult South Course. He holds a one shot lead going into the weekend. So what? He has a one shot lead going into the weekend... BIG DEAL insn't it. But if you play the way that Villegas did the first two days, with the confidence and determination he shows while he plays... he could easily run away with this thing as it looked to be what might happen until Rollins shot 8 under. So yes, it is a big deal if your playing like this kid.
